If I return my item, then will I get my FLX Cash (XPoints) back?

It depends.

1. For full refunds (i.e., if you return all the items from your purchase), we’ll return the XPoints you redeemed for an FLX Cash reward to your FLX account. For example, if you used a $20 FLX Cash reward, then you get 60,000 XPoints credited back to your account.
2. For partial refunds, if you would like to start a return for a transaction in which FLX Cash was applied and only part of the order is returned, then you’ll be refunded for the returned items to the original method of payment (minus any return fees).
3. Returns by mail could be subject to a $6.99 return shipping label fee.
4. The XPoints earned for buying an item (that’s returned) are deducted from your FLX Rewards account.
